The authorization for TEACH ME Continuing Professional Training Programs

Between November 30 and December 19, 2018, the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC) has organized the assessment for authorization of the Continuing Professional Training Programs (CPTP) within the project TEACH ME. 11 programs aimed at expanding and deepening the professional competences of teaching staff in educational institutions for all stages and levels of study were subject to authorization:

According to the decision of the ANACEC Council, the evaluation was carried out by a committee of the highest qualified specialists: doctors habilitated in pedagogical sciences, educational institutions managers, ICT specialists. Visit schedule was agreed with the TEACH ME Moldovan Partner Institutions:

  • Tiraspol State University – November 30, 2018, the training programs:
    1. Innovative Pedagogical Approaches;
    2. Digital Teaching Technologies.
  • Technical University of Moldova – December 3, 2018, the training programs:
    1. Cooperative learning and development of critical thinking;
    2. Visualization (How to Make Efficient Visual Aid).
  • Alecu Russo State University of Balti – 4 December 2018, the training programs:
    1. Effective Learning Strategies;
    2. Technology Enhanced Learning with ICT.
  • State Agrarian University of Moldova – December 6, 2018, the training program “The training of teachers from universities and colleges in the field of innovative pedagogical approaches to learning”.
  • Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu State University in Cahul – December 17, 2018, the training programs:
    1. Using ICT in Student Centred Learning;
    2. Interactive pedagogical techniques in Student Centred Learning.
  • Comrat State University – December 19, 2018, the training programs:
    1. Innovative Learning approaches;
    2. E-Teaching (Technology enhanced learning with ICT).

The results of the evaluation were examined at the ANACEC Council meeting on 25 January 2019. According to the Council’s decision, all 11 Continuing Professional Training Programs were authorized.
